Corruption Rules...
Visceral and powerful
acting by both male leads make this a classic good guy / bad guy face
off. Denzel Washington proves again that he is one of the most
versatile actors of the past decade, and he digs deep in this role to
find one of the most vile characters in recent memory.
Am I
really the only one who notices the Denzel
fingerpoint? He does it in almost every dramatic
role. I find it remarkably distracting. Finger
aside, Denzel's performance here is stunning and
most definitely award-worthy.
