Hated it.

The thin line between love and hate is crossed in this Martin Lawrence vehicle that also stars Lynn Whitfield, Bobby Brown, Regina King and the woefully out of place Della Reese. Della, how could you agree to tripe like this?

Fans of Martin Lawrence will likely find something to like about this film...that alone bothers me. The script by Lawrence is horrid with mostly unrealistic dialogue. The characters and their relationships are largely unbelievable...thus, giving the performers very little to work with here. The film is sort of a reverse domestic violence theme...so, I'm obviously not going to be a big fan here. Though, I will say that casting Whitney's hubby Bobby Brown seems oddly appropriate. Della saves this grade from the D range, but she simply can't save the film.
