Noir
cool...
A
very well written maze of a movie. It was very
hard to stay ahead of the plot and predict what
would happen next. This is one of the classic
con game movies and this is the classic con.
David Mamet got it right this time!
My taste
for Mamet really grew after I'd seen this
film...so, a re-visit may be in order. For now,
I'll stand by my "C" as I recall the film bored
me to tears BUT I'm putting this one high on my
list to reconsider.
