Remember when Steven Seagal made good action films? Hehehe. Me neither. Yet, even for a Seagal film this is amazingly disappointing.

I'm prone to liking films along this theme...Seagal plays a covert agent turned survivalist who learns that the foster program he's using to help a young girl is actually dealing in human trafficking...of course, the rest of the film centers around him kicking butt to right the wrongs.

This film has an amazingly poor technical quality, including some remarkably bad dubbing. Actual action sequences here are quite lacking, and while the storyline is solid enough the dialogue is weak.

Steven Seagal is not only out of reach, isn't he about out of time?
