Master of bad movies!

Dana Carvey is a talented comic. However, being the master of disguise that he is, none of this talent is evident within the confines of this poorly scripted film. Carvey is, in fact, partially to blame for the script as he is listed as co-writer. It's hard to imagine no one could tell in advance that this film was just a bad idea. Perry Andelin Blake directs, but never seems to have control of the action in this film. There are a few comic moments, and some interesting supporting performances including Brent Spiner (of "Star Trek" fame), Edie McClurg (wonderful character actress widely known as the secretary in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off") and James Brolin. They are not enough to rescue this film, but they keep it from being a total failure.
