B

When Jean Met Juliette...

'Jet Lag' (aka Decalage Horaire) is essentially a two-character play set in an airport terminal and a hotel room. It is one of those crafty little conversation pieces that wriggles its way into your good graces because of the charm exuded by the two leads. Juliette Binoche and Jean Reno are so enjoyable to watch on the big screen in virtually every film they do, and here they are pitch perfect as a highly unlikely odd-couple that manages to connect with each other despite a stressful first encounter and personalities that are polar opposites. If you are in the mood for an offbeat romantic comedy with witty conversation aimed at adults rather than moronic teens, then this movie will hit the spot.
