TC Candler's Review

B-

Folding is for losers...

It was an interesting and sad tale of the greatest poker player of all time, Stu Ungar, and his downfall to drugs.

I thought the minimal budget held it back... there were amateurish qualities to the acting and production but it still held my attention because of my interest in the subject matter.

Not only was Stu a three time World Series of Poker Championship Event Winner, but he was also widely regarded as the best Gin Rummy player of all time.

He won and lost millions without batting an eye. But his biggest loss was his self control as he succumbed to virtually every vice a human being can have.
