TC Candler's Review

B

Espionage-lite...

This really is a thoroughly enjoyable story that is well worth watching despite a confusing and unexplained subject and a slight 'Hardy Boys' feel to the investigative tactics of the protagonists. Rarely would I ever dare to say that a major Hollywood studio would have done a better job with a film... but that is probably the case here. There is something a little cheesy about the British theatre mentality that is plainly evident here. However, that being said, the film is riveting with it's tales of mystery, espionage, obsessive love & betrayal.
